Full detailing for the multi-level structure, including all main steel, four major stair towers, lobby stairs, floor/roof canopies, and a huge number of embeds. Included PE-sealed connection design and compliance checks for all pipe railings, ensuring adherence to structural and safety standards.
Alamo Colleges District – Black Box Theater Addition
Services Provided: Structural Steel Detailing and Engineering Support
Comprehensive detailing for all structural steel, including Architecturally Exposed Structural Steel (AESS) for the catwalk, metal stairs and railings, and framing for mechanical equipment. Included full engineering coordination and Professional Engineer (PE) sealed calculations for key elements.
Industrial Facility Addition & Renovation (Manufacturing)
Services Provided: Structural Steel Detailing, BIM Coordination, and PE-Sealed Connection Design
Full structural detailing for a manufacturing addition in Denton, Texas. Scope included all main steel framing, specialized embeds, and final components like RTU/Exhaust Fan frames. Successfully managed complex BIM coordination and provided PE-sealed Main Steel Connection Calculations for the main structure.
Major Industrial Facility Upgrade – Boiler Replacement
Services Provided: Structural Steel Detailing, BIM Coordination, and Engineering Support
Comprehensive steel detailing and PE-sealed connection design for a critical boiler replacement within an existing, live industrial plant. Successfully managed tight deadlines, complex submittals, and field coordination to ensure structural integrity and successful erection.
Texas A&M University-San Antonio (TAMUSA) – Educare Facility
Services Provided: Structural Steel Detailing, BIM Coordination, and PE-Sealed Connection Design
Full structural detailing for the new Educare Facility, including main steel framing, various embeds (e.g., Dumpster Pad, Standing Arch), and canopies. Successfully managed the PE-sealed connection design and extensive joist coordination submittals.
Austin Chinese Church – Worship and Learning Center
Services Provided: Structural Steel Detailing & BIM Coordination.
Delivered comprehensive structural steel detailing for the new Worship and Learning Center. Successfully managed RFI resolution and coordinated complex steel elements (operable partitions, hoist beams, RTU frames) and structural revisions, ensuring on-schedule delivery of shop drawings to the project’s fabricator.
Comprehensive Structural Steel for Multi-Facility Park Development
